Step 1: Choose the property you’re interested in.
Step 2: Answer our Pre-Screening Form to see whether you are eligible to rent the chosen property.
Step 3: If you meet the pre-screening requirements, we will phone you and schedule an in-person viewing.
Step 4: If you are interested in the property, complete the official application form, and pay an application fee of $35 in order to lease the property.
Step 5: Wait for the confirmation of your lease.

Is there a minimum length of time for long-term rentals?
This depends on the property that you are interested in but typically, a long-term rental needs to be more than one month. This can also be extended for up to 6 months. For specific properties, we may require a minimum of 6 to 12 months.
What are the requirements to lease long-term rental?
To be qualified for a long-term rental, you need to meet the following basic requirements:
Who pays for the utilities?
As this is a long-term rental, the tenant pays for the utilities which will be billed as per usage. If the property has a yard, the tenant will also be responsible for yard care for the duration of the long-term lease.
Can I smoke inside the rental?
We have a no smoking policy for all of our properties inside and outside. This rule extends to e-cigarettes, vape products and any smokable substance.
Are pets allowed?
In general, our properties have a no pet policy so unfortunately, we cannot welcome tenants who need to bring their pets. Some properties may allow a small dog or pet based on an individual basis. If approved to have a small dog or pet, a pet deposit as well as a monthly pet fee will be applicable.
Are the properties furnished?
The property can come furnished or unfurnished, even partially furnished. Just let us know what you need and we will be happy to help accommodate your furniture needs.
