How do I Book Your Property?

What is the Property Deposit?


Due to insurance reasons, we have to request a deposit for all properties. This one-time $250 refundable fee is a safeguard to you and us to ensure you have the best stay possible. If you have any questions about the deposit please email us at sceniccityproperties@gmail.com for clarification. 

How Many Guests can I bring to the property once booked?


We have a maximum guest capacity of 4-6 people depending on the property. If you require more please reach out via email at sceniccityproperties@gmail.com. A fee of $10 per night per guest over 4 will be charged for properties that can accommodate more guests. 

We have St Elmo Abode, St Elmo Haven, and St Elmo Getaway properties that are very close to each other for larger groups, with special rates available. 

Are Your Properties Animal Friendly?


We have our St Elmo Getaway Property as a dog-friendly option for those who prefer to travel with pets. This property comes with a gated fenced backyard for a safe play area for your furry friends, we just ask that you use the provided bags to please clean up after them. An extra pet deposit will be required at booking. 

What is the Check-In and Out Policies?


Our Properties are self-check-in with a secure keypad. You will be provided a code before your stay. Our Check-in times are flexible after 4:00 pm, contact us via email at sceniccityproperties@gmail.com if you have a check-in request once booked. Our Check out time is 11 am to ensure we have proper time to clean the property for the next guest. 

Can I cancel my reservation after booking?


Yes, we allow cancellations 30 days prior to your arrival date with a full refund. Past the 30 day deadline we do charge a cancellation fee and for your first night as well as 50% of the cost of the stay. If you have an extenuating circumstance please let us know via email or the number provided upon booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
